The Story Behind::
Ms Sudha Singh is the lady behind the venture that helped around 4000 people recycle. Ms Singh was on a sabbatical when she realised that the waste regeneration and recycling system is almost obsolete in the Delhi- NCR (National Capital Region). Her corporate efficiency enabled her to input a pull proof institute to battle the problem of waste dislocation.
Wasteroots was established as a functioning venture in the year 2016 and since then it has taken over the responsibility to spread awareness and take action on recycling waste.
Ms Singh established the venture without any aid from the municipality. The governmental bodies in India are generally unable to implement an effective course to maintain waste segregation and the political mismanagement makes it impossible for the bodies to take action.
Wasteroots successfully ensured recycling with an incentive of a potted plant that in turns helps the environment.
Here is the deal!
11Kgs of your old newspaper for a plant of your choice. The process is simple and transparent, the newspaper are given to a registered recycler and you will be given a beautiful potter plant.
Wasteroots is growing each day to claim a reach beyond the National Capital Region. So far, this Noida venture is easily available for Delhiites.
Allocate the waste to the right place and make sure you help the polluted NCR air filter by taking care of the plant.
